The Establishment Division is a government department responsible for coordinating the appointments of senior officials in the Pakistani civil service.

The department is headed by the Secretary of Establishment, who reports to the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Naib Qasid

A naib qasid is a low-ranking government official in Pakistan. The word qasid comes from the Arabic word for “messenger”. A naib qasid’s job is to deliver messages and documents between government offices.
